I serve as a steward of your process – holding the riverbed of a structure that allows the current (the essence, dynamics, and energy of you) to flow through with safety, dignity, creativity, and power. 

We will work at a pace that feels both engaging and sustaining. I will encourage you to be self-reflective and to take directed action. I will support you in meeting both your successes and challenges with compassionate and skillful presence. 

The first step is for us to have a complimentary, exploratory conversation. It’s an opportunity for me to learn more about what you’re looking for and for you to learn more about how I work; together we can see if a coaching partnership is a good fit.

  • We will meet twice per month over a sustained period of time.

    We will begin with an in-depth intake process that allows leaders to fully explore and discover a pivotal shift they deeply desire and is essential to improving the impact of their leadership on organizational goals.

    We will co-create developmental objectives that serve as guideposts for measuring and holding the structure of the coaching process.

    We will co-design practices to build the specific ‘muscles’ and awareness necessary to make sustainable progress toward the coaching topic.

    We will engage with focused intensity and deep care to make a shift that will transform your life and the trajectory and impact of your work.

  • We will meet with a cadence and duration that aligns with the unique needs of the team.

    Together, we will determine the most essential and exciting adaptive change needed for the team to sustainably and effectively contribute to organizational improvement.

    Through experiential tools, teams will deepen trust and connection as well as raise conscious, compassionate awareness to enable skillful action, elevating team performance and collective wellbeing.

    To create sustainable improvement and change, teams will engage with iterative experimentation and inquiry between coaching sessions.
