During my decade of service as an educator and administrator, I became deeply curious about the role of mindfulness and compassion in leadership and building cultures of connection. Later, my career focused on strategic consulting and coaching with systems navigating complex change. From these experiences, it became clear that the most essential component to a thriving organization is an investment in developing the awareness and capabilities of the people responsible for stewarding organizational change and impact.
As a certified Integral Professional Coach™, I help people discover greater insight and trust in their own capabilities and potential to bring about a change they deeply desire. My clients often include leaders experiencing pivotal moments of transition or who are feeling stagnant and want to move into a more flourishing leadership capacity. I partner with individuals and teams whose leadership over their lifetime will ripple out into their communities, whose work contributes to currents of reciprocity, and whose lives inspire others to invite in more joy.
Drawing from extensive training and experience across the science of human development, change and contemplative practice, my coaching methodology supports a lasting shift toward trust and freedom. I have over 2000 hours of experience coaching leaders and teams since 2015 and have earned various professional certifications including: Immunity to Change, Neuroscience of Change, Cultivating Emotional Balance Teacher Training, and Nonviolent Communication.
